Round the Clock Security is a well-established Truro based Security Company in Cornwall. Our motto for our security services is “small enough to care, big enough to cope.” We specialise in delivering a very personal security service to our customers, always striving to meet their particular security requirements. Larger security jobs are no problem, as we have recently shown at the Newlyn Fish Festival, where 20,000 people attended and at many Festivals in Truro.
Round The Clock Security Ltd is able to provide a wide variety of security services to our clients. If you can't see exactly what you're looking for, please contact us. We are always happy to tailor our service to your specific requirements:-
These are Van based patrols of sites at random intervals to check the Security of client’s sites. The external of buildings are checked for i.e.; windows open or forced entry by persons unknown. This service is especially useful on isolated sites as industrial units, wind farms, construction sites or empty buildings. This service ties in with our House Patrols which are mobile van visits to empty houses, ensuring no damage has occurred to our clients property. We display large company signs around the sites patrolled, which act as a deterrent to problems.
Full log sheets of each visit, times, and dates are kept and full reports either e-mailed or posted to our clients, either daily or weekly dependant on the clients preference.
Where there is evidence of forced entry our guard will stay on the site, notify the local Police, obtaining Log Number for insurance purposes for the client, and initialise securing the property for the Client. We have several agreements with local suppliers for such, like Truro Glass for window boarding. Our Field Manager shall be called immediately also to witness and write Occurrence reports for the client.
Where guards are on a site and require assistance, our Mobile Van guard can also be called to give ‘back-up’, this service is often offered free of charge to regular clients, and maintains ‘good will’ and standard of service.
