STATIC GUARDS & SURVEILLANCE SECURITY

This service is a continuous guard of the clients property. Control of authorised access, maintenance of Gate Log reports, which specifies name, vehicle, time and date of access and prohibiting un-authorised access without the correct identification.

REGULAR CHECK UPS

Regular patrols of the client’s site, monitoring CCTV cameras and installation checks of equipment where applicable. Reporting to the Police where an incident has occurred. Maintaining daily Log reports and Occurrence reports, which are useful should insurance matters ensue. Ensuring all doors, windows and points of entry are secure for the premises, and pro-actively acting as a deterrent to unlawful acts.

WE KEEP AN EYE ON EVERYTHING

With Surveillance, as we have done for a local authority, our guards monitor activity on residences requested, and maintain accurate reports on such. Dates, Times, Vehicle numbers and descriptions of persons involved are given within the reports. These written reports are given daily or weekly upon the client’s request, a copy of such is always kept by the Company. Employees of the client are accompanied to sensitive areas for their protection and deliverance of pertaining paperwork ensured by our Guards. Written reports of any problems upon a site are also given to the Police upon request, and the Police are called to attend should a problem be deemed necessary for such. Our on-call Field Manager will also be called out to attend any problems and full statements given of any incidences.
