ALARM RESPONSE & KEY HOLDING

This service is particularly useful for business owners who live some distance from their premises. Our company will respond to alarms and attend premises ensuring security of the premises. A patrol shall be completed and any problems recorded. The Field Manager shall be called with the appropriate premises keys to reset alarms and liaise with the local Police. A full written report shall be supplied to the client, date, time and nature of possible alarm triggers.

LOOK AFTER YOUR KEYS

Usually the client will supply the company with key passwords, for the clients Alarm Company, and initialise an Engineer to attend should it be necessary. Clients keys are kept within a secure facility by the Company and if any are required, they have to be signed in and out by the Field Manager on duty that shift. The keys are never kept within any vehicle, to prevent any potential problems. Key Holding is a free service, but any attendances for alarms is of course chargeable.
